Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, analytical, and hands-on digital marketer to take ownership of PX’s digital presence with one clear objective: drive demo requests and boost conversions.

You’ll design and execute content strategies across company website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and beyond, delivering measurable results that fuel PX’s growth.


Responsibilities

  • Persona-Driven Strategy: Deeply understand PX’s users: digital nomads, property managers, and hosts, and tailor content that speaks directly to their needs and aspirations.
  • Content Leadership & Design: Own PX’s content strategy end-to-end. Plan, create, and publish compelling posts across web and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit). Deliver engaging copy and visuals (via Canva or similar tools) that reflect PX’s brand voice: professional, empowering, and freeing.
  • Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and company goals.
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, short videos, carousels, infographics).
  • Leverage storytelling to showcase PX’s value proposition and inspire demo requests.
  • Budgeting & Channel Selection: Identify the most effective channels (organic + paid) and allocate resources to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Metric Tracking & Optimization: Provide weekly/monthly reporting on:
    Follower growth & engagement
    Content reach & click-through rates
    Demo conversion rate
    Cost per lead (if paid campaigns are tested)
  • Experiment & Improve: Continuously test messaging, visuals, and campaign formats to improve performance and ROI. Stay ahead of trends in SaaS, proptech, and digital marketing.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all messaging and design assets consistently communicate PX’s vision of freedom, efficiency, and future-proof ownership.
  • Scalable Foundations: Build repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks that allow PX’s content engine to scale as the company grows.

  • Steady flow of high-quality, consistent content
  • Visible month-over-month growth in engagement and reach
  • Tangible increase in demo requests and lead conversions
  • Clear, actionable insights driving marketing strategy forward


Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing & social media
  • Proven ability to drive real business outcomes (leads, conversions, engagement)
  • Skilled in Canva (or similar design tools)
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Data-driven, with the creativity to test bold ideas
  • Startup-ready: adaptable, ambitious, and motivated by KPIs
  • Bonus: 
    • Experience in SaaS, prop-tech, or B2B marketing
    • Familiarity with prompt engineering
    • Preferred Certifications:
      • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
      • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
      • Google Analytics 4 Certification
      • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
      • Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional

Hiring Process

  • Application Review: We’ll review your resume, portfolio, or any relevant work samples to understand your experience and fit for the role.
  • Introductory Call: A short 15–20 minute conversation to learn more about you, share details about PX, and answer your initial questions.
  • Practical Exercise: A one-hour, role-relevant task to showcase your skills in action.
  • Final Interview: A 30-minute deeper conversation with the founders to discuss strategy, KPIs, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Decision & Offer: If it’s a fit on both sides, we’ll move quickly to get you started.

Timeline: The entire hiring process will be completed within two-three weeks from application submission. Candidates who are invited to the introductory call or any subsequent stage will receive personalized feedback, regardless of the outcome.
